Free Educational Series for Businesses Presents Become a Green Machine, August 21

The City of Fort Collins invites local businesses to the next Biz Ed program, Become a Green Machine, August 21, 7:30-9 a.m., 215 N. Mason St., Community Room.Learn how to reduce your operational footprint and explore new approaches to implementing conservation and sustainability projects during this workshop featuring ClimateWise business partners.
Panel presentations will include project examples, success stories and lessons learned, as well as:
• where to start from a new partner perspective
• how to use assessment recommendations as a tool to lower costs
• what methods to engage and motivate staff

Learn about how other local businesses implemented low and moderate cost efficiency upgrades that saved money and conserved resources. Brainstorm efficiency actions and discover how to leverage lessons learned to save energy, water and money for your business.
