Biz Ed - A Free Educational Series for Businesses: Creating a Bike-Friendly Workplace, April 17

The City of Fort Collins invites local business members to the next free Biz Ed program, Creating a Bike-Friendly Workplace, April 17, 7:30-9 a.m., 215 N. Mason St., Community Room.

A panel of experts from local, bike-friendly businesses will share their expertise in encouraging cycling for employees, including implementing incentives, facilities and competitions to get the most ridership. They’ll discuss recognition and benefits of being a Bike-Friendly Business, volunteer opportunities and free bike safety presentations. This monthly series is designed to help business customers of all sizes save money and improve operational efficiencies with an emphasis on sustainable practices and the environment.

The next program in the series is Solar Opportunities for Businesses, May 15, 7:30-9 a.m., 215 N. Mason St., Community Room. Discover solar incentives specifically for businesses, including rebates and small system purchase and leasing, a new 20-year solar power purchase program, and participation in a new community solar garden.
