The Larimer Bioscience Cluster is now NoCoBio—Northern Colorado Bioscience. The renaming also aligns with some reorganization within the cluster.
NoCoBio is led by Ryan Speir of Rocky Mountain Innosphere and Dr. Terry Opgenorth of Colorado State University.
NoCoBio is leveraging a long-standing relationship that Larimer Bioscience had with the Colorado Bioscience Association (CBA). The Denver-based organization is pleased to partner with NoCoBio and share resources, events, and a state-wide knowledge base.)
The City of Fort Collins provides funding assistance to the NoCoBio industry cluster as well as to the Colorado Clean Energy Cluster, Water Innovation Cluster, Be Local and to programming at the Rocky Mountain Innosphere. Growing our own is a value of our City leaders—if we want quality businesses in our community, we need to support the incubation, expansion and networking of these industries.
