Human Relations Award - Adult Category
Tony Espinoza is a Teacher at Poudre High School. As a community volunteer for the last 35 years, he has mentored and worked with over 1,000 individuals. Tony has used his unfortunate experiences of discrimination as a driving force to mentor Hispanic Youth, and to provide diversity and leadership training to a wide range of individuals through the Rocky Mountain Intercultural Institute. He volunteers as a translator. He has received the Hispanic Leadership Award for his efforts in the community.
