Fri., Sept. 26, 8-10 a.m. - Integrating Photovoltaics in Buildings for Renewable Energy Production (2.0 CEUs), 215 N. Mason St., Room 1B. This class is designed to teach people about integrating photovoltaics into building projects. Photovoltaics are explained, different options are covered, and implementation examples are given. The class will teach participants to apply good photovoltaic techniques that will create energy onsite. This course provides real world examples to illustrate proper understanding of photovoltiacs and how photovoltaics can be used in LEED to achieve onsite energy production. Note: Partners wanting CEUs will have to contact GES to pay fee.

By temporarily closing streets to motorized traffic, Open Streets provide a safe and comfortable space for people to walk, bicycle, jog, rollerblade and play!
