The Parks and Recreation Board acts as an advisory board and advises and makes recommendations to the Culture, Parks, Recreation and Environment Services Unit and the City Coucil for their approval as to the rules, regulations, policies and adminstrative and budgetary matters pertaining to Parks and Recreation, excluding matters relating to the operation and maintenance of City-owned golf courses and cemetaries. The Board assists the City in cooperating with the Poudre R-1 School District and other organizations and individuals interested in the City's parks and recreation programs.
