Description

The brightly colored sculpture located in the Xeriscape Garden at City Hall on 300 LaPorte depicts a stylized figure holding a single Mexican Hat Coneflower while standing in a clump of Lewis Flax. Nearby is another clump of three coneflowers. The sculpture elements, which stand 5 feet at the highest, are made from steel plate with a baked-on powder coated finish.
