Fort Collins Utilities Seeking Customer Feedback on Services

Posted on: Mar-26-2020

In good times and bad, Fort Collins Utilities strives to provide world-class services to Fort Collins residents. Even amid the challenges surrounding the coronavirus COVID-19 Utilities seeks to continually improve services and requests feedback from residential electric and water customers about their experiences and the quality of services they receive.

Utilities has contracted with J.D. Power, an independent market research company, to conduct residential electric and water customer satisfaction surveys in 2020.

Surveys will be emailed to residential customers who have an email address on file with Utilities. Customers who want to take the survey but don't have an email on file can send an email to CustomerSurvey@fcgov.com or call 970-416-4268.

Customers who receive both water and electric services from Fort Collins Utilities can expect to receive two surveys. Surveys will arrive in inboxes for half of the electric customers in April and the remaining customers in the fall. Customers who receive both water and wastewater services can expect to see surveys in June or the fall.

The survey will take only about 15-20 minutes to complete and will only be open for a limited time. Customer opinions are very important and will guide the work of your community-owned utilities in its effort to continually provide excellent service.

For any questions about the survey, email CustomerSurvey@fcgov.com, call 970-416-4268 or V/TDD 711.
