Fort Collins Utilities’ Customer Service Division, 117 N. Mason St., will be closed for staff training Wednesday, May 8. Normal operations will resume at 8 a.m., Thursday, May 9.While in-person service will be unavailable May 8, customers may use the automated phone system at (970) 212-2900 or go online at https://www.fcgov.com/utilities to make payments or conduct other utility business.
