Water Restrictions Information for Homeowner Associations

Posted on: Mar-15-2013

Fort Collins Utilities and Neighborhood Services is hosting a free Homeowner Association (HOA) educational session on Thursday, March 21, 6 to 8 p.m. The free session will be held at Police Services, 2221 Timberline Rd., in the Community Room.

HOAs that are Fort Collins Utilities water customers will be restricted on water use outdoors starting April 1. This session will focus on water restrictions and how they will affect operations. Do you water turf or lawn areas? Do you operate a water feature? Do you have landscaping covenants? Learn about ways to meet restrictions, reduce water use for this summer and plan for long-term savings with Utilities’ programs and rebates. Information is also available at fcgov.com/water-restrictions.

Seating is limited. For questions and to reserve a spot, contact Ginny Sawyer, (970) 224-6070 or gsawyer@fcgov.com.

For more information, email utilities@fcgov.com, call (970) 221-6700 or TDD (970) 224-6003.
