City Now Accepting Fort Fund Grant Applications

FORT COLLINS -The deadline for Fort Fund Cultural Arts Funding Program applications, Organizational Support and Project Support, is April 2, 2019.
The Organizational Support grant is made available to established nonprofit arts and cultural organizations for general operating expenditures directly related to a year-long program, season or events. Organizations must have 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and be headquartered in Fort Collins or its Growth Management Area.
The Project Support grant is made available to established nonprofit arts and cultural organizations for a specific arts/cultural project. Organizations must have 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, or sponsored by a qualifying fiscal sponsor, and be headquartered in Fort Collins or its Growth Management Area.
The Fort Fund grant program is funded through the City of Fort Collins lodging tax. Grant applications are reviewed by the City of Fort Collins Cultural Resources Board with funding recommendations submitted to the Fort Collins City Council for final approval.
The Fort Fund Cultural Arts Funding Program supports projects and activities in all disciplines that provide arts and cultural programming for the Fort Collins community and the Growth Management Area. Fort Fund Cultural Arts Funding Program is a catalyst for arts and cultural development, supporting tourism, economic development and Fort Collins as a cultural center and destination.
