FCPS Seeks Assistant Chief Candidates

Fort Collins Police Services is seeking two contemporary law enforcement professionals to serve as Assistant Chiefs.

Candidates must have a demonstrated record of leadership founded on the values of respect, integrity, service, and engagement. FCPS is looking for leaders who promote diversity in the workplace and demonstrate proactive, hands-on, participative management. These individuals will need excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and financial management skills.

Our vision is to make Fort Collins the safest community in the nation through professional and compassionate police services. The Northern Colorado region continues to experience growth in both population and economic development. In order to meet the needs of our expanding Agency and community, candidates must have experience building strong partnerships, a culture of accountability, and a commitment to collaboration. Our next leaders must share our focus on reducing crime, reducing the fear of crime, and enhancing the quality of life in our community.
