The City of Fort Collins is pleased to announce the appointment of two key positions with FC Moves (previously Transportation Planning). Paul Sizemore will serve as the FC Moves Manager and Tessa Greegor will join as the FC Bikes Program Manager.

As the new FC Moves Manager, Paul Sizemore will oversee transportation planning including active living/multi-modal programs encouraging bicycles, pedestrians, and transit use. With 10 years of experience, Sizemore recently held the position of Senior Planner/Transportation Planner for Mesa County, Colorado. Previously, he served as the Community Services Director for Longwood, Florida supervising planning, building, engineering and recreation services. In addition to earning a Master of Public Administration and Urban Planning from the University of Central Florida, Sizemore holds certifications with the American Planning Association and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

“We continue to attract great leadership to Fort Collins,” said PDT Deputy Director Mark Jackson. “I’m excited to welcome Paul as our latest team member. His experience and expertise are critical to furthering the mission of FC Moves.”

Tessa Greegor comes from the Seattle area where she previously held the position of Principal Planner for the Cascade Bicycle Club, the largest bicycle advocacy organization in the country. She possesses a depth of background in bicycle planning, education and promotion. Her experience encompasses a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington and being named the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals’ 2012 “Young Professional of the Year.”

“Hiring Tessa Greegor is a real coup for Fort Collins,” said FC Moves Interim Director Aaron Iverson. “She was a tremendous asset to the Seattle region and we look forward to the contributions she’ll make to FC Bikes.”
