The Gardens on Spring Creek has been working closely with the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County to ensure the safety of our guests, volunteers and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic through social distancing measures and capped attendance. As a result, we have implemented a variety of policies and procedures, including:
All visitors - including Members - are required to reserve admissions tickets for a specific date and time prior to arriving at The Gardens by visiting clicking the link below or calling 970.416.2486. The number of visitors given entry to The Gardens per hour will be limited to help ensure social distancing. We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance, as walk-ins will not be permitted if capacity has been reached for that time.
Do not plan to visit The Gardens if you have a cough or fever. In accordance with City of Fort Collins mask protocols, all visitors are required to wear a facial covering while inside The Gardens lobby. Face coverings may be removed outdoors, if appropriately social distanced.
Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby. Visitors are encouraged to utilize it and wash their hands often. There is a maximum capacity of six guests in the lobby. Please practice social distancing – staying at least six feet away from staff, volunteers and visitors not in your party.
Timed entry to the Butterfly House will occur approximately every 15 / 30 / 45 minutes after the hour with the last tour of the day at 4:15 p.m. Capacity of the Butterfly House is limited to 10 guests per tour with visitation limited to 15 minutes.
Volunteers or staff will provide instructions prior to entry and enter the House after a party to help maintain social distancing and visitors are asked to follow verbal instructions and obey all signage, including enjoying the Butterfly House in a counter-clockwise manner.
Face coverings must be worn at all times while in the Butterfly House.
The Gardens has been approved by Larimer County to host events, and we are pleased to welcome you back to our facility for educational classes, concerts, fundraisers, weddings and more.
All events during this time will be hosted outdoors with limited capacities to allow for social distancing between parties.
Do not plan to attend an event if you have a cough or fever or have had known exposure to COVID-19. Until further notice, The Gardens event cancellation / refund policy has been relaxed.
To support contact tracing, we will collect guest contact information for adult attendees through ticketing or by the event host providing a list to The Gardens.
Face coverings must be worn while walking through event areas, such as when you are walking around other seated guests, to the check-in table, restrooms, bar, etc. Facial coverings may be removed while seated and appropriately social distanced to eat or drink.
Parties are limited to groups of eight or less. Guests are strongly encouraged to stay at least six feet away from individuals not in their party.
