Call to Artists

To celebrate the new blossoms and butterflies being built at the Gardens on Spring Creek, we are excited to announce we will be hosting Blossoms and Butterflies, a fundraising art show event bringing together the beauty and creative forces of art and gardens!

Local artists are invited to submit their butterfly and/or garden-inspired work for this juried art show held at the Carnegie Center for Creativity during the first week of June. The festivities will include an artist reception, a weeklong public auction, and the First Friday Gallery Walk on June 7.  The event culminates in a ticketed evening reception and art auction on Saturday, June 8 with proceeds being split between The Gardens and artists.

The Gardens on Spring Creek in Fort Collins, CO is pleased to invite artists to participate in this weeklong event to benefit both local artists and the expansion at the Gardens on Spring Creek. Artists are invited to create an original work of art inspired by butterflies or gardens, this year we are looking for a variety of artwork in a wide variety of medias including yard art.  The Gardens will act as the gallery for this event and retain 50% of the sale price with all proceeds benefiting the future Butterfly House and expanded gardens. All entries will support an opening bid of $75 or greater.

Let us know if you would like to submit artwork by completing this form by December 31, 2018.
