The Otter Shop Becomes a #ForFortCollins Ambassador

The For Fort Collins campaign is a community rally behind local businesses so they can reopen strongly and safely. Meet one of our Ambassadors, Elise Rowton, Retail Store Manager of the Otter Shop. As a For Fort Collins Ambassador, Elise will help promote valuable resources and tools for both business owners and community members. Join us each week as we spotlight a new Ambassador.

Q: What are you most excited about being an ambassador?

I am excited for the opportunity to network with other local businesses. This is the perfect opportunity to keep our thumb on the pulse of Fort Collins and partner with other businesses to be successful in this time we are all faced with.

Q: What does the Otter Shop need the most to succeed right now?

Right now we are focused on partnering with other downtown businesses in Fort Collins to help drive traffic to Old Town. We think it is a great promotional opportunity to join forces and keep Downtown thriving. The Otter Shop and Coopersmith’s are teaming up for a “Root For FoCo” promotion for national Root Beer day, which is August 6th. We are running the promotion for the entire month of August. The customer can purchase a customized special edition Coopersmith’s tumbler from the shop and get a free root beer with a purchase of an appetizer at Coopersmith’s. Thinking outside of the box with partnerships is going to help us all be successful.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about living/working/being in Fort Collins?

The people are GREAT! We are so lucky be in the heart of this amazing community. Old Town Fort Collins is an experience; so much more than shops and restaurants.

Q: What else would you like to share with the community?

Located in Historic Downtown Fort Collins, Otter Shop is a retail experience designed to bring you closer to the unique styles, trusted protection, and all-out fun of OtterBox and LifeProof. Kick-back in a cozy camp chair and rest your feet atop a new OtterBox Venture Cooler. Find your favorite style cases, try new limited-edition styles or explore options for custom case printing. Get special invites to exclusive events by ‘Liking’ Otter Shop on Facebook and Instagram.

Be sure to follow the Otter Shop's journey as an Ambassador on FaceBook & Instagram.
