Recycle Antifreeze, Batteries, Motor Oil, & Paint Free of Charge

You can now bring antifreeze, batteries, motor oil and/or paint year-round to the City’s Timberline Recycling Center Hard-to-Recycle-Materials Yard free of charge!

New Bin for Collecting Office Paper

In an effort to maximize the value of materials collected, a new “Office Paper” bin has been added to the everyday-recyclables yard at the Timberline Recycling Center. This new bin accepts white office paper, white envelopes,  and shredded paper.  Collecting these items separately will mean that they can be sold at a higher price than when mixed in with other paper products (like newspapers and magazines).

The Hard-to-Recycle-Materials Yard at the Timberline Recycling Center is open Tuesday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. The everyday-recyclables yard (for cardboard, cans, glass, etc.) is open seven days a week during daylight hours.
