How Can Data Help Your Workforce

Working Metrics (WM) partnered with the Aspen Institute to provide an online data-driven platform for businesses to measure, benchmark and score the job quality, diversity and job equity they provide to their employees. Working Metrics has recently also partnered with Results for America (RFA) which supports a national network of government agencies and officials, including workforce boards, in implementing data and evidence-based strategies to improve outcomes for the communities they serve.

These initial workforce agencies want to work with WM in order to measure and track job quality and equity as part of a multi-state collaborative, collectively learning and sharing insights about leveraging data to measure, track, and improve results. This growing collaborative can accelerate visibility for using data to advance job quality and equity.

All businesses are invited to learn more at the virtual information session from 12:30-1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 11. Zoom Link
