TREATSYLVANIA, Friday,Oct. 22nd-Sunday, Oct. 24th 2021

The Farm, owned by the City of Fort Collins, run by the Recreation Department, needs volunteers to hand out candy to families at our annual trick or treat street called “Treatsylvania”. This is a beloved family event for safe trick-or-treating for youngsters. You MUST commit to the entire time frame as the structure of the event is dependent on those times. Training provided at the start of the shift. Carpooling is highly recommended, and all volunteers need to park at the Lee Martinez Parking lot which is located near the tennis courts just east of The Farm’s lot.

Join Adopt A Neighbor

The city is seeking volunteers to assist with services to our vulnerable populations, especially as we head into cooler months. Volunteers will assist neighbors with tasks such as snow shoveling, leaf raking, grocery shopping, picking up medications, and pet care. Specific needs and schedules will vary, and there are opportunities for long-term pairings with one neighbor as well as one-time tasks. Volunteers do not enter the home of the residents they are helping.
