United Way's 211 Call Center connects community members impacted by COVID-19 to resources for food, medical, mental health, unemployment, utilities/rent assistance and more.

    • NoCo COVID-19 Business Survey (Spring 2021 Survey) – Economic Development Organizations and Chambers of Commerce in Larimer and Weld County are working together to collect information to better serve our business community in our response and recovery efforts. 
    • Free De-escalation Training for Businesses During COVID-19 – Watch videos now 
    • Payroll Protection Program (PPP) will close May 21, 2021. If funds are used and documented properly by the business they can be forgiven, more details about loan forgiveness can be found here.  
    • Colorado COVID Legal Relief offers FREE legal aid to Colorado small businesses facing challenges due to COVID19. The webpage is available in Spanish.   
    • Personal Property Tax payment plan options for Larimer County Businesses – The Larimer County Treasurer office may be able to help with payment plan options, please email  or call 970-498-7020 to discuss payment plan options 
    • Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) Updates allow PPP Loan borrowers to amend their payroll tax filings for 2020 and claim refunds (refunds could be as much as $5,000 per employee). ERTC is now extended through June 30, 2021 and increased the benefit to as much as $14,000 per employee.  
    • Unemployment Insurance Hotline offered by the Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development 970-498-6600 or 
    • Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Application Portal remains temporarily suspended - When a reopening date is determined by the SBA, updates will be provided in advance so applicants have time to prepare. Applicants may continue to register for a new account.
