Use the Building Permit Fee WO/Subs for Over the Counter type permits in the Building-Combination Estimate of Fees below (those that do not have a flat $25 permit fee). The Building Permit Fee W/Subs is applicable for fees associated with all other permit types. City and County use taxes apply to both tables.
There is no PLAN CHECK fee on sign permits (regardless of their valuation), and there is no PLAN CHECK fee for valuations up to and including $3,000 on any permit type.
A plan review fee will be collected at the time of plans submittal on all work valued over $3,000. The building permit and any other applicable fees will be paid at the time the permit is issued. See Building Permit Fee Schedule.
