New Construction Permit Fee Schedule#

Building And Plan Review Fees#

For Residential Over the Counter Type Permits

Residential gas logs, wood stoves, air conditioning, furnace replacements, underground sprinklers, water heaters, and electrical service change are $65 per appliance plus City and County use tax.

For all other permit types (not over-the-counter) use the fee calculator below base on the project valuation:

There is no PLAN CHECK fee on the following: 

  • sign permits (regardless of their valuation)
  • for valuations up to and including $3,000 on any permit type.

A plan review fee will be collected at the time of plans submittal on all work valued over $3,000. The building permit and any other applicable fees will be paid at the time the permit is issued. See Building Permit Fee Schedule.

$2,001 to $25,000 No plan review fee for valuations $3,000 and under.
Over $3,000 -- $66.25 for the first $2,000 plus $10.25 for each additional $1,000 fraction thereof to and including $25,000.
