The artist worked with the design team to create an outlook point where birds are represented in the walls to help educate the visitor. The concrete has been used to create tree forms that are used as pillars and seating.
"The projects I work on are generally site-specific, use the prevailing material of the overall larger project, and are built by the contractor. Because the work is site-specific, it is pertinent to its given location. Through images, symbolism, and other clues, the art can tell the viewer something more about the history, geography, and social aspects of the place where the art is sited."
