Start/Stop Service

Start or Change Service

  1. Complete the online service request form.
  2. A service charge is assessed to all new accounts and will appear on your first utility bill.
  3. Learn more about monthly rates. Residential customers may choose the electric rate that is most cost-effective, based on their electric use. Customers moving into an existing residence inherit the rate of the previous resident. These customers have 90 days to change rates without incurring a service charge.
