Start or Change Service
- Complete the online service request form.
- A service charge is assessed to all new accounts and will appear on your first utility bill.
- Learn more about monthly rates. Residential customers may choose the electric rate that is most cost-effective, based on their electric use. Customers moving into an existing residence inherit the rate of the previous resident. These customers have 90 days to change rates without incurring a service charge.
