Monthly rate = Lot Size x $0.0041454 x Rate Factor

Single-family Lots Over 12,000 Square Feet: These lots receive a reduction in fees on that portion of the lot greater than 12,000 feet. The formula for these larger lots is:
Monthly Rate = 12,000 x $0.0041454 x Rate Factor
