Free Sprinkler System Audits

The 2014 Audit Season has Ended

A free sprinkler audit helps you save water by using your sprinkler system more effectively. Participants receive a system evaluation and watering schedule, while learning how to find leaks and keep vegetation healthy all summer long.

Audits take approximately two hours (up to four hours for HOAs) and are scheduled weekdays.

Sprinkler audits include:

  • visual inspection of each zone to identify problems
  • custom watering schedule
  • recommended system upgrades

Audit does not include system repairs or adjustments. Sprinkler system must be turned on and in good working order.

To qualify for an audit, you must:

  • live in a single-family home or represent an HOA
  • be present for the entire appointment
  • be a Fort Collins Utilities customer, including those served water by Fort Collins-Loveland and ELCO water districts.
