Residential Toilet Rebates

Double Rebates on Toilets

Toilets are typically the main source of water use in the home, accounting for nearly 30 percent of indoor consumption.

Fort Collins Utilities is offering double rebates on qualified purchases between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31, 2014.

  • Receive a $150 bill credit (regularly $75) when you replace your old water-guzzling toilet with a qualified MaP Premium labeled model.
  • Receive a $100 bill credit (regularly $50) for a WaterSense model.
  • Old toilets must be recycled at approved facilities.
  • When purchasing a WaterSense toilet, look for models that score 500 or more on the MaP (Maximum Performance) toilet testing (PDF 245KB). MaP Premium toilets are ultra-efficient models that should also score 500 or higher.
