Conditioned Crawl Space Insulation

Existing condition: uninsulated or poorly installed insulation
- Rim joist, foundation wall, and moisture/soil gas barrier must meet Installation Standards to qualify for a rebate.

Evidence of moisture requires active ventilation system under moisture/soil gas barrier, and barrier extended to top of foundation.

- Insulate on interior with R-13 unfaced batts or perforated vinyl faced fiberglass blanket, R-10 closed cell foam board or spray foam with ignition barrier (Thermax is exempt).
