The Home Efficiency Audit includes an inspection and tests by qualified auditors to find opportunities to conserve energy and water and add comfort to your home. A blower door test, infrared camera scan and combustion safety test are included.

Utilities offers these subsidized audits through a contracted company at a cost of $60 for our electric customers. Contact Utilities to schedule your audit.

Select Improvements

Following the audit, you'll be given a report prioritizing the recommended efficiency improvements and available rebates. You select which improvements you are ready to complete.

To be eligible for rebates, you must work with a participating contractor.

Quality Assurance

After your participating contractor completes and submits your rebate application, Utilities may request an inspection by an independent third party to verify compliance with installation standards. If standards have not been met, your contractor will make the necessary corrections.
