How REACH Works
- Professionally trained technicians use computerized energy audits and advanced diagnostic equipment (single-family, multi-family and mobile homes included) to determine the most cost-effective weatherization services.
- Special attention is paid to air infiltration, pressure imbalances and areas of heat loss.
- Technicians also evaluate health and safety conditions, such as carbon monoxide hazards, gas leaks and moisture problems.
A whole-house approach is used to determine the most effective weatherization services.
Who is Eligible
- be within Fort Collins city limits;
- not qualify for other government-sponsored weatherization programs; and
- not exceed annual income guidelines (add $3,430 for each additional family member).
