Stay Cool with Fort Collins Utilities Central Air Conditioner Tune-Up Program

Just like a car, air conditioners need annual maintenance and periodic tune-ups. A properly maintained air conditioner:

  • reduces harmful greenhouse gases.

Now, through the CheckMe!® Central Air Conditioning Tune-Up Program, offered through a partnership with Fort Collins Utilities, Proctor Engineering Group and local certified HVAC contractors, residential and small commercial air conditioners will:

  • run more efficiently;
  • save energy and money; and
  • reduce the Utilities overall peak summer energy load.
