Online: Manage your utility bills electronically with e-Bill, our new easy-to-use, convenient, secure system. Customers may:
- Enroll in e-Bill to view and pay bills with a checking or savings account (find out more); or
- Make one-time payments using a checking account, savings account or credit card.

Easy Pay: Deduct payments automatically from your checking or savings account. Complete this application (PDF 138KB).

By Phone: Pay bills with Visa, MasterCard or Discover using our 24-hour automated phone system at (970) 212-2900.

Mail: Send your payment and bill stub in the envelope that accompanies your bill. Do not mail cash.

Drop Boxes: Payments are collected weekdays. No cash.

In Person: Visit Customer Service, 330 S. College Ave., 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
