Payment Assistance Fund

image of woman with multiple bills This Fund helps keep heat, electricity and water on for local families and senior citizens who are struggling to pay their bills. The program is funded entirely by customer donations.

Your Donation Counts

The fund has helped hundreds of residents since 2004, and the number of families and senior citizens needing assistance rises each year. Your donation of just $12.50 per month ($150/year) will help one family avoid having their utilities shut off. Any donation regardless of the amount is appreciated. Donations are tax deductible.

How to Donate

Download a contribution form (pdf) or pick one up at the Customer Service Division, 330 S. College Ave., or the Utility Service Center, 700 Wood St. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Leave your completed form at one of the above addresses or mail it to:

Fort Collins Utilities
Attn: PAF
PO Box 580
Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580

Call or e-mail Fort Collins Utilities to have a contribution envelope mailed to you. Forms also are available at the Utility Billing Office, 330 S. College Ave., or at the Utility Service Center, 700 Wood St. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
