Qualifying households may receive utility bill discounts on electricity costs for medical equipment or air conditioning.
Late Payment Fees
Fees are assessed on unpaid balances 23 days after the due date. Customers are responsible for preparing the residence for restoration of service. The City is not responsible for damage or injury from failure to do so.
