Fort Collins Utilities and ClimateWise are kicking off Biz Ed, a free monthly series to help commercial customers of all sizes save money and improve operational efficiencies with an emphasis on sustainable practices and the environment.

The first program, Year of Water 2012, will be held Wed., April 18, 7:30-9 a.m., Rocky Mountain Innosphere, 320 E. Vine Dr. Participants will discover how to reduce water use, save money and join the celebration of all things water. Highlights will include rebates and incentives for clothes washers and dishwashers; toilets and urinals; sprinkler equipment and audits; and information on how to design a custom rebate specific to a businesses’ particular needs.

Information on programs and services, including free facility assessments, pre-rinse spray nozzles, green building regulations and HOA sprinkler audits also will be provided.

Alternative transportation is encouraged, as parking is limited. Free bus passes are available; call (970) 416-2032.
