Utilities is updating the City's Water Supply and Demand Management Policy. The policy provides guidance to plan, manage and maintain the City's water supply system. The updated policy will continue to ensure a reliable supply of water to meet our customers' needs and provide an appropriate level of water conservation. The updated policy will address the following issues:

• Water use and conservation
• Planning for droughts
• Meeting future water needs
• Use of surplus water
