e-Bill
e-Bill is our new online billing and payment service, which offers customers an easy-to-use, convenient, secure program to manage utility bills.

E-mail notification:
Enrolled customers are notified by e-mail when bills are ready to be viewed or paid.

Paperless Billing:
Customers who enroll can view bills online and will no longer receive paper bills.

Expanded Payment Options:
Enrolled customers may schedule payments, set up recurring payments, and make payments using automatic payment withdrawal from a checking or savings account at no cost. (Sorry, we do not accept recurring credit card payments.)

One-Time Payments:
One-time payments can be made without enrolling in our system, using a checking account, savings account or credit card.
- (A convenience fee applies. In the past, payment processing fees were incorporated into the Utilities’ rates, thereby charging all customers for a service only used by some customers. Due to increasing costs to process credit cards, increasing use of credit cards, and our efforts to keep rates low, we have implemented convenience fees for processing these one-time payments.)
- User names and passwords for our previous online bill pay system are no longer valid in e-Bill. Please create a new online profile.
- Existing Utilities customers will be able to view several months of bills upon enrollment. View the most recent bill to determine the total amount due.
- Set up recurring payments for future bills; bills that already appear in the system should be paid via the single payment option.
- Accounts for new customers won’t appear on the system until they receive their first bill.
- Utilities "Easy Pay" customers who currently have payments automatically deducted from a checking or savings account should call (970) 212-2900 to cancel this service before paying via e-Bill.
