Your voice counts! Fort Collins Utilities gathers feedback from customers regularly as a part of our ongoing efforts to provide excellent customer service. We gather feedback through phone surveys, online surveys, and more.
Join our online customer panel.
Online surveys are a cost-effective way to help us make informed business decisions based on customer input. As a panelist, you will receive brief online surveys via email several times a year. Once you join the panel, there is no obligation to complete any particular survey.
Following each survey, participating panelists will be entered into a drawing for five, $50 Downtown Bucks gift cards, selected at random. (City employees are not eligible to receive gift cards).
