Life-Support System Notification

Fort Collins Utilities encourages customers with life-support systems to make arrangements to accommodate power outages. On limited occasions, Utilities will notify customers of planned power interruptions. This notification will not always be available and cannot be guaranteed.

To be added to our list of Life Support Customers, please complete an agreement form.

Although back-up power cannot be provided to individual customers, Poudre Fire Authority (PFA) provides generators in emergencies. For more information, call PFA at (970) 416-2600.
