Business Efficiency Grant


Utilities offers cash grants up to $5,000 per customer to help businesses and non-profits implement energy and water efficiency projects.

Program Details

  • List of available measures is available on the Efficiency Works rebate application (XLS 1.15MB).

  • Eligible amount is $2,000 per qualifying measure, plus a bonus grant of $1,000 if two or more measures are implemented throughout the grant period or in one project. Total maximum grant per customer cannot exceed $5,000.

  • Total grant dollars received by customer during the grant period by the customer will not exceed $5,000.

  • Grant and rebates must not exceed 75% of the project cost, except building tune-ups.

  • Project must be completed by December 1, 2014 and paperwork submitted by December 15, 2014 to qualify for grant.

  • Funds will be available to eligible projects on a first come first serve basis while funding is available or until December 1, 2014.
