WaterSense labeled toilets use 20% less water than standard toilets and up to 60% less than older toilets.

WaterSense labeled urinals can save 50% or more over standard units.

Replace your old toilets or urinals with water-efficient models and receive a bill credit:

• Tank toilets: $50 per unit
• Urinals: $100 per unit
• Flushometer toilets:
  $50 per unit (1.6 gpf) or $100 per unit (1.28 gpf)

Toilets/urinals must be:

• new and WaterSense labeled (tank toilets and urinals) or
  MaP tested (flushometer toilets)
  MaP scores of 500 or higher are recommended.
• installed at a Fort Collins Utilities commercial water service address
• purchased January 1, 2011 or later

Customers must:

• replace and recycle existing toilets or urinals
• follow program rules listed in the application (PDF 227KB)
