March 2009 Route Changes

Route Change Public Notice

In response to citizen comment the City of Fort Collins will hold two additional public meetings to discuss changes to Transfort’s fixed route bus service effective March 2009, including changes in service to:

Routes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 17 and 18

The first meeting was held on December 17, 2008 at the CSU Transit Center. In order to collect additional public input two additional meetings will be held on:

• January 30, 2009 at 215 N. Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO, 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• February 25, 2009 at the CSU Transit Center Grey Rock Room, 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM.

Written comments will be received by Transfort, PO Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522 until February 27th, 2009. In the event that no comments are received this will be the final public notice and changes will go into effect March 2009.

The meeting location is wheelchair accessible. Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations should notify Transfort, at (970) 224-6195 prior to the day of the meeting so that proper accommodations may be arranged.

The proposed service changes will be effective on March 9, 2009.
