The City of Fort Collins Recreation and Cultural Services Departments are currently researching the potential of Recreation and Arts Community Center located in Southeast Fort Collins. The City launched the public outreach component of the project with a community survey and a public discussion which was held on June 5 at Preston Middle School. Along with consultants from Ballard * King and Associates and Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture, the City is exploring this opportunity and plans to create a unique community center that benefits the entire community.

On October 29, 2013 the Southeast Recreation & Arts Center Feasibility Study was presented to City Council. The results from a feasibility study was completed by BRS Architecture, Ballard*King, Logan Simpson Design Inc. and City of Fort Collins staff.
