Stakeholder/Agency Involvement

An extensive stakeholder and agency
involvement process has been developed to ensure that everyone is heard and updated regarding the study and to provide a fair, open process. This process involves meeting with various community groups, agencies, residents, business owners, special interest groups, and the general public. Committees representing various interests will meet regularly to discuss the project. Once the study recommendations are finalized, the results will be published (see "Study Recommendations"). Preliminary study results will be provided at regular intervals (see the "Alternatives Under Consideration" and "Technical Analysis").

How to Get Involved and Stay Informed

Efforts to involve the public include articles in local newspapers, inserts and this public website. Direct contact with the project managers can be made from the "Contact Us" page or by filling out our online "Opinion Survey" form.
