Two public open houses were held for the public as part of the study process. The format of the meetings and the exhibits presented were the same for both meetings. Format The meetings were set up in an open house format so the public could stop by at anytime. The meetings were designed for the public to meet the project team, learn about the study process, express their concerns, and ask questions. Exhibits were presented and the project team was available to answer questions. Exhibits Exhibits describing the study process and encouraging public input were displayed throughout the meeting rooms. The meetings were held as follows:
The following exhibits were used at each open house:
Sign in sheets were provided at each open house and 40 people at the Fort Collins meeting and 17 people at the Wellington meeting signed in. Comment sheets were provided that could be returned at the meeting or mailed to PBS&J. The ideas, issues, and comments collected at the meetings are summarized in the attachments. Please contact R.A. Plummer with PBS&J if there are any changes or questions with these meeting notes. These notes will be considered final, unless comments are received within seven days of distribution. Although comments will be incorporated, as appropriate, only major meeting-note revisions will be redistributed.
