Solid Waste and Recycling Forms

The Fort Collins municipal code requires that solid waste collectors report various recycling and solid waste information.

All haulers that provide residential and / or commercial solid waste and recycling collection service on a regular, recurring schedule or specialized solid waste and recycling collection service, such as containers for construction and demolition must provide the following forms to the City:

• Solid Waste Collector's License

• Tonnage Summary Report (2011, Quarters 1 & 2) (PDF 66KB)
