Cancellations/Transfers

When you register for a class, we depend on your enrollment for a successful class. Please plan carefully to avoid cancellations.

  • If you must cancel (or transfer) from youth or teen activity, you must notify staff at least two business days (8AM-5PM, M-F at 221-6655) before the activity begins to receive a full refund or credit. Later requests for a cancellation or transfer will be denied. This policy does not apply to Aquatics, Ice Skating and adult activities.
  • If you must cancel (or transfer) from an ice skating or aquatics activity or an activity in the adult section of this publication, you will receive a full refund before the class starts and a 75% refund after the first class but before the second class. Later requests for a cancellation or transfer will be denied.
  • Cancellations must be made by phone or in person.

Refunds/Credits

When you register for a class, we depend on your enrollment for a successful class. Please plan carefully to avoid cancellations.

  • If you wish to cancel (or transfer), please contact the Mulberry Pool (221-6657) for swimming and ice skating and the Recreation office (221-6655) for all other activities. Please make requests as early as possible to aid in staff planning.
  • For canceled activities, the customer may choose between a refund or credit.
  • Credit is stored on computer for future Recreation use and is transferable within a household.
  • Refunds are issued by check through the City's Accounting office; allow 2 weeks for processing.


  • Reduced Fee Applications

    We offer reduced rates to participants on limited incomes. Eligibility is in accordance with recognized income guidelines for state and federal programs.

    How to Register

    Please read the following information about registering for Recreation classes before downloading the Recreator. There are 5 ways to register for Recreator classes:

    1. WebTrac (Online)
      • Begins at 7:00 AM on Thursday, February 16, 2012
      • Web Address for Online Registration: http://www.fcgov.com/webtrac
      • MasterCard, VISA, Discover accepted
      • Requires a household ID number (which can be requested by phone, 221-6655 or by e-mail, )
        (This is not an automated service, but on the day of registration we try to reply within 2 hours of the email.)

      • Activities in this brochure identified with this symbol symbol identifying classes that aren't available for WebTrac Registration are not available for WebTrac registration.
      • Registration for unmarked activities continues 24/7
