The City of Fort Collins has two BMX tracks. The competitive BMX track is located at Edora Park, 1420 E. Stuart Street and is maintained by the BMX Riders Association under agreement with the City. For upcoming events, you can contact the BMX Riders Association at 970-206-1355.
The smaller, recreational track is located at Soft Gold Park, 520 Hickory Street. No races are held at this track.
Any person wishing to rent the BMX Track for exclusive use must obtain a Large Event Permit from the City's Parks Maintenance Division at least two weeks prior to the date of such event, program or activity. Permit fees are $75.00 per event for groups less than 250 people, and $150.00 per event for groups larger than 250 people. A $250.00 refundable damage deposit is also required.
With the exception of exclusive use permits, all other use is free to the public and open year round.
To obtain a Large Event Permit, please contact the Parks Division office at 221-6660, or stop by the Parks Division office at 413 S. Bryan Avenue, located in City Park, behind Fire Station #2.
