General Guidelines

League Game Reservations/Changes/Cancellations:
League users will adhere to the following reservation process:
Step 1 – Users will receive a “block” schedule of available fields based on user’s previous use.

Step 2 – Once users have completed their schedules they will submit their “final” schedule request to
include: changes, setup information, start and end times and cancellations.

Step 3 – The City will issue the user a “final” schedule confirmation. It is the responsibility of the user
to check the final confirmation for accuracy.
Note: Any changes and/or cancellations requested after the final confirmation has been
issued must be submitted in writing 2 business days (48 hrs.) in advance of the change.
Any adjustment to the day, time, or the field will be considered a change. Approved
changes may require a $25.00 administration fee.
