About Us

Our Mission

To help support the economic vitality of Downtown Fort Collins by creating on-street parking space turnover and providing parking alternatives for those with long-term parking needs; and to contribute to safe and orderly traffic flow and neighborhood quality through the enforcement of parking regulations.

Among our responsibilities are the daily operations of the structures, lots and pay machines, parking enforcement and citation management. We also administer the sale and renewal of monthly and annual parking permits.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Tuesday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
The office is closed during our staff meeting, held on the second Friday or Tuesday
of alternating months from 8:00-9:15am
