Physical Address: 117 North Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524 Building Design StandardsOPERATIONS SERVICES' BUILDING DESIGN STANDARDS were prepared by the Facility Services Department to assist and guide Architects & Engineers (A&E) in the preparation of designs and contract documents for projects administered by the Department. The A&E's shall try to conform to the Standards as applicable to the specific project. This manual includes minimum criteria for specific materials and equipment.
